Alas there were no hot bodz along Durban's first Pink Parade yesterday. I snapped this one outlandish outfit for you, but not much was happening. A good start though and we will organise and work on our own float next year and try and fill it with gorgeous hunks.

Happy Thanksgiving guys!

It is not a holiday we celebrate in South Africa although we have much to give thanks for today and each day in our beautiful land. It is quite close to Christmas and I am always dismayed how fast the year is galloping towards Christmas and the New Year, so we are working hard and fast here to finish everything that still has to happen before year end. But Happy Holiday and enjoy the turkey. My partner's dad has been living in LA for the past year, so this will be his second Thanksgiving and we will be coming over next year to see what it's all about.

Prince flies the flag

We recently held the Provincial finals of the Mr Gay South Africa Pageant at our Guesthouse here in Durban and the organisers asked me to take some pics of the 1st runner up - Prince - for the underwear sponsors Bonewear.

So I was on the roof of the Guesthouse today and took this pic of Prince as well as quite a few others around the house, outside shower and jacuzzi.

Mid-week hottie

Well had my birthday but still celebrating tonight.. they have an annual Wine Festival in the city each year around my birthday, so we usually get trashed on wine each year... about 200 Wine farms from the Cape are represented so there is so much wine and so little time!

Amsterdam Pride 2010

I promised you some of the hot pics I took on the Atlantis gay Baltic Cruise - so here's a selection. This hot guy served me a beer at the Street Party alongside the Amstel canal after the Pride Parade .. and waved our South African flag for the fans here.

The Central Statio Club in St Petersburg was the place to be.. very hot (temperature) and some great eye candy on the stage.

We have just returned from a kick-ass gay cruise with Atlantis to the Baltic sea on board with 1500 other gay guys.. KZN Winner Jared

Here's Jared, winner of the Mr Gay South Africa provincial finals held at our Guesthouse in Durban last night - this means that Jared goes forward as one of 12 finalists in the Mr Gay South Africa 2010 Pageant to take place in Pretoria later this year. The 2009 winner, Charl vd Berg went on to become the Mr Gay World in Oslo earlier this year.

Congratulations to Ben, the new Mr Gay Boy 2010 crowned at The Lounge gay club in Durban last night. Ben won some fabulous prizes including cash sponsorship from Durban View Gay Guesthouse.

Hot Cape Town Pride

Here are the few pictures I promised you of our weekend in Cape Town. It was Pride 2010 and I took a few pics of the floats and the hot guys. We also spent a glorious afternoon on Clifton 3rd Beach (the Gay Beach in CT) so here's a couple of beach bodz too, including my partner Llewellyn (black speedo below).

At a glittering affair in Pretoria our Mr Gay South Africa 2009 has been chosen - Charl van den Berg, 28 year-old Cape Town boy. You can connect with Charl on his blog.

Charl says: "It has been an amazing journey and something I know I will always remember. Up to know I have learnt more about myself than I think I ever have. I have realised my potential as a human being to be able to make a difference in my community and have also come to realise that I CAN do anything I put my mind to!"
