Good start to the week
Good Morning all and here's to a great week ahead.
We have another public holiday on Wednesday in South Africa as it's our local government election day nationwide.
So we expect the ANC governing party in most local councils to be re-elected, the DA party in the Western Cape to be re-elected and generally the opposition groupings to fare well in the election at the expense of the ANC.
So some fun and games ahead and effectively a short work-week.

Sultry Sunday
Am quite exhausted. Just got back from a 4-hour drive back from an overnighter we did in the 1800s battlefields area of our Province. Went up for a fly-in, took to the air in an RV12 and spent the afternoon yesterday driving around the battle areas close by - the Anglo-Boer and Anglo-Zulu wars, similar to the American Civil war.

Mid-week hotbod
It's mid-week already and I'm having a slow get-up this morning. Looking forward to the weekend ahead. I am taking up flying lessons and want to find my own plane, so am attending a fly-in to look at some of the options... should be fun.
